Butler County Regional Airport/Hogan Field, located in Hamilton, Ohio, USA, has been in operation since the 1940s, when it was originally established as a military airfield by the US Navy. The airport was used for training during World War II and was also home to hundreds of US servicemen and women during the war. After the war, the airport was decommissioned and taken over by the county of Butler in 1948, and was renamed Butler County Regional Airport.

The airport was named after Captain Charles Hogan, a local World War II veteran who was the first Butler County native to receive the Distinguished Flying Cross. Hogan Field was dedicated in his honor in 1948.

The airport code, HAO, was determined by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). HAO stands for Hamilton Airport Ohio, which is the airport's location.

Butler County Regional Airport/Hogan Field offers daily flights to major cities such as Chicago, Detroit, and Charlotte. Currently, the airport has two airlines servicing it: American Eagle and United Express. The airport serves about 10 flights a day.
