Juneyao Airlines is a Chinese carrier based in Shanghai and established in 2005. It is one of the leading Chinese airlines and operates a fleet of over 100 aircraft. Juneyao Airlines is the first privately owned Chinese airline to receive an international license from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).

Juneyao Airlines was established in 2005 by Juneyao Group, a large Chinese private conglomerate.
